The Diamond Being in Sacred Union
Among the most revered and esoteric forms in Vajrayana Buddhism, Vajrasattva Shakti represents the primordial Buddha in his father-mother (Yab-Yum) aspect, a profound symbol of the inseparable union of wisdom and compassion, emptiness and bliss.
This sacred form is traditionally revealed only to those initiated into the Highest Yoga Tantra, making it a deeply meaningful piece for serious practitioners and collectors of Himalayan sacred art. Vajrasattva's body is luminous white, holding a five-pronged golden vajra at his heart and a silver ghanta (bell) at his side, embodying indestructible awareness. His consort holds a kartika (ritual chopper) in her right hand and a kapala (skull cup) in her left, representing the cutting of ego and the nectar of liberation.
