Are your products authentic?

We source sacred materials such as Rudraksha, Bodhi seeds, and other spiritual items directly from trusted local networks in Nepal. These are not mass-produced or artificially replicated pieces.
Due to the rise of imitation products in the market, we maintain strict sourcing standards to ensure that what you receive is genuine and aligned with traditional use.
If ever found our products are fake or unnatural, then we will offer you a full refund no questions asked!
Why are your products price expensive?
Our pricing reflects authenticity, premium quality, and craftsmanship.
Many lower-priced alternatives in the market are machine-made, chemically treated, or made from substitute materials. We focus on real, naturally sourced items that go through careful selection and preparation.
In addition, we support fair wages for artisans and avoid cutting corners in quality. You are paying for real sacred tools or items, not just something that looks similar.
Can I request a custom order?

If you are looking for a specific bodhi bead size, mukhi, or a custom mala, feel free to reach out. We will be more than happy to create something special for you or your loved ones.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most deliveries arrive within 5 to 6 business days through trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, Skynet etc.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing time. Please understand, delivery time is out of our control.
Can you help me choose the right mala or spiritual item?
