Because our items are all natural or handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. Studio lighting can also cause slight differences in appearance. If you would like to see more pictures or videos, simply ask us and we’ll be happy to provide natural-light photos.

We do accept the 30 days return in most items but some rare mala, art and crafts are rare and specially prepared for you so they will not be returned.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, or if it is ever found to be not genuine or fake, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked !

Most orders are delivered by FedEx, DhL. SkyNet within 5–7 business days after processing. Some sacred items, such as Shaligrams and Sankha, cannot be shipped through FedEx, so we use SkyNet, which generally takes up to 7+ business days after processing.
