⏳ Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days

  • Custom orders: 5–7 business days (depending on the service)

  • Pre-order, Antique Premium Natural and artisan items from Nepal: May take 1 week to ship

We’re a small team working with traditional artisans and sometimes in remote regions Of Nepal and Tibet. Patience and understanding is all we need.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

U.S. Orders:

  • 3–6 business days via FedEx, DHL or Skynet (after dispatch)

  • Tracking provided with every order

International Orders:

  • 4–7 business days depending on location and courier time

  • Custom processing and transit may cause delays, this is outside of our control

We Offer Free Shipping Worldwide.

✈️ Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Most of the time taxes are already paid while shipping by us. But if you have to pay any amount please contact us for a refund.
As you know, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is taking longer than expected, please email us at omkleeemkali@gmail.com We’ll do our best to help.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can make things right.
