Returns & exchanges
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, including discounted items.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with their accessories and certificates. Send them back within 14 days of requesting your return.
After 30 days, we may offer an exchange depending on the item’s condition and availability. This does not apply to final-sale items.
Final-sale items
Some exceptional pieces are final sale. When clearly identified as final sale before purchase, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind under our voluntary return policy.
Final-sale status does not remove any applicable statutory cancellation rights or your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Pack your item securely. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping proof of dispatch. Contacting us for instructions does not make a statutory cancellation dependent on our approval.
Shipping costs & refunds
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, you pay return shipping and any replacement shipping.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law, including eligible statutory cancellations described below. If your order included free delivery, we will not deduct an outbound shipping charge.
We issue refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.
Custom-made pieces
We’ll confirm your specifications and cancellation terms before work begins.
Cancellations made before work starts or before we commit to non-recoverable materials receive a full refund.
After that, cancellations or unused returns requested within 30 days of delivery may include a deduction for documented customization costs we cannot recover, where legally permitted. The deduction is capped up to 40% of the item’s price after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.
We’ll explain the deduction and account for costs saved, reusable materials, and resale value. Your advance is part of your payment, not an additional fee. The deduction cannot exceed what you paid.
These deductions do not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, or where statutory rights prohibit them. Approving photos or videos does not waive your consumer rights.
If a custom piece is also final sale, that exception to our voluntary custom-return offer must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders
Please contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with photos if available.
We’ll arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund, consistent with your legal rights, and cover reasonable, necessary return shipping.
The requested 7-day reporting period does not limit your rights or make photos a condition of a legally required remedy.
EU, EEA & UK customers
For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason before delivery or within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. For goods delivered separately as part of one order, the period generally starts after the last item arrives.
Notify us by emailing info@omkleemkali.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Our approval is not required. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Any deduction for handling beyond necessary inspection must be permitted by law.
For a full-order cancellation, we refund the purchase price and standard delivery charge within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever happens first. Additional charges for optional delivery upgrades need not be refunded.
Genuinely personalized or made-to-specification goods may be exempt from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights. A final-sale label alone does not create an exemption. Our voluntary custom-return offer remains available unless the piece was clearly identified as final sale before purchase.
Your consumer rights
Gift cards are excluded from voluntary returns unless required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty goods beyond 30 days. Where applicable law provides greater protection, that law takes priority.
