Thank you for supporting our small, heart-led shop. Each order you place supports sacred traditions, handmade goods, and a global team working between Nepal and the United States.

Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with Om Kleem Kali:

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • Most countries worldwide

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

⏳ Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days

  • Custom orders / astrology readings: 5–7 business days (depending on the service)

  • Pre-order or artisan items from Nepal: May take 1 week to ship

We’re a small team working with traditional artisans and sometimes in remote regions — thank you for your patience and understanding.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

U.S. Orders:

  • 3–6 business days via FedEx or SDHL or Skynet (after dispatch)

  • Tracking provided with every order

International Orders:

  • 3–6 business days depending on location

  • Customs may cause delays ,  this is outside our control

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We occasionally offer free shipping on select products or during special promotions — keep an eye on our announcements or join our email list.

✈️ Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Most of the time taxes are already paid while shipping by us.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is taking longer than expected, please email us at omkleeemkali@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can make things right.
