⏳ Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days

  • Custom orders: Depends on the complexity of detailing.

  • Pre-order or artisan items from Nepal: May take some week to ship

We’re a small team working with traditional artisans and sometimes in remote regions, thank you for your patience and understanding.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Orders:

  • 5–7 business days via FedEx or DHL or Skynet (after dispatch)

  • Tracking provided with every order

International Orders:

  • 5–7 business days depending on location

  • Customs may cause delays ,  this is outside our control

✈️ Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Most of the time taxes are already paid while shipping by us.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is taking longer than expected, please email us at info@omkleeemkali.com. We’ll do our best to help.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can make things right.
