This book was compiled by Acyutananda Dasa, one of Srila Prabhupada's early disciples. Srila Prabhupada himself authorized the project and wrote the book's Foreword. The songs of Srila Narottama dasa and Bhaktivinoda Thakura are non-different from the Vedic mantras.
