Dark Aged Bodhi Tibetan Prayer Beads 10 to 11mm Mala

This mala is made from naturally dark aged Bodhi seeds, also known as Buddha Chitta. Over time, through handling and natural aging, the beads have developed a deep rich color and smooth texture. Many practitioners value this stage of Bodhi seeds because the beads already carry the beauty of time and use.

In Buddhist tradition, Bodhi seeds are connected with awakening, wisdom, and the path of enlightenment. They are commonly used for mantra chanting, meditation, and daily spiritual practice.

Each bead in this mala has been carefully selected and traditionally strung to create a balanced and comfortable mala for regular practice.

• 108 beads + 1 4 eye Guru bead
• Length: Approx. 21 to 23 inches
• Bead size: 10 to 11 mm
• Weight: Approx. 97 to 105 grams
• Naturally dark aged Bodhi seeds from Nepal. No color or harsh chemical treatment is done on beads.

The deep color and smooth surface give this mala a mature and grounded appearance. With continued meditation and mantra recitation, the beads will continue to develop an even richer natural dark shining color.

Please Note
Because Bodhi seeds are natural, each mala is unique. Slight variations in bead color, size, and length are normal. Lighting during photography may also cause differences in color appearance. For a clearer view, we have also uploaded a video taken in natural light.

Also note that each bead is traditionally rubbed a bit near the hole so the mala aligns properly and sits straight rather than appearing zig zag.
