This was a fascinating little adventure, and I learned a lot more about the Rudraksha. It does take a lot of time and patience to clean the beads - way more than I had imagined! - but I'm glad I did it, and my friends will receive extra special gifts. Utsav was helpful and generous with the knowledge and beads, sending a few extra. There were indeed a few unusual beads - some 6 mukhi, and several 4 mukhi, in addition to the regular 5 mukhi beads. If you're willing to put in the time and care, it's definitely worth doing.

This Mala is beautiful and the large beads are great for men or anyone with large frame. They sent a couple small extras with it and it smelled amazing. Will buy again from this artist.
